Creative Director | Writer

After finishing a degree in abnormal psychology, I began my career in advertising. It proved to be the perfect training for many achievements built on unconventional thinking. I now have over twenty years’ experience and in that time I have achieved many business and creative goals:

  • Created and built underwear that conveyed touch over the internet for Durex. Recovering the brands #1 position from Ansell.

  • Sold virtual patches of sky on Royal Flying Doctor's routes to raise money for the organisation. Building a new, younger donation audience for the future.

  • Rebranded Mitsubishi Cars moving the brand from number 6 to number 3 in the Australian market and breaking the all-time sales record in 2018.

  • Helped Virgin Mobile turn food pics on social media into real meals for people in need. Showing the brands intention, Making Mobile Better, rather than just telling people.

  • Gamified Virgin Mobile's loyalty programme so that any telco users could play – Game of Phones. Achieving record sign ups.

  • Achieved 2m+ views on YouTube in under 5 days for Sony mid-sized cameras. Clearly demonstrating to the market that DSLR cameras were not the #1 choice and raising sales dramatically - DSLR Dummies.

  • Won over 70 times at the world's most prestigious award shows.

    I have also worked at some of Australia's best creative agencies and have had the privilege of being a juror at AWARD, Spikes Asia and the Brisbane Art Directors. I bring a unique combination of creative experience, team leadership and temperament to the table and I consider every day an opportunity to help my teams grow and create better work.
